A contemporary waterfront residence designed by Gavalas Architects, where indoor and outdoor entertaining flow effortlessly together.

The Private House is a luminous, minimalist composition of stone, glass and water. A long terrace opens to an infinity pool that meets the horizon, while sculpted fireplaces, an open kitchen and lounge areas dissolve the boundary between interior and garden.

Curated artworks by Abdullah Qandeel, Stephen Antonakos, Joep Van Liefland and Massimo Listri sit alongside leather, linen, stone and timber finishes. Tribal accents and decorative objects bring warmth to the otherwise pared-back palette.

It is a setting equally suited to seated dinners, intimate ceremonies, cocktail receptions and after-dark gatherings beside the pool.
